In her first gallery exhibition, Erica Wulff offers a collection of experiments, experiences, movement, hauntings, and small exorcisms. Her paintings began to emerge in 2018 and have grown into a collection she's ready to share. Working with painted body pressings, palette knives, aluminum foil, and brushes, she transfers images onto canvas, and something of herself with them. Raised by homesteading artist-educator-builders in the woods of Northern Wisconsin, she was surrounded by creative forces from all walks of life. She graduated from the UWM Fine Arts Program, and spent years dancing with Wildspace Dance Company. She has raised a family, renovated houses, traveled all over the world, and has lived her life collecting stories and inspiration from amazing friends and family.
